Description / About This Game :
* PS版にあった各ムービー・ボイスがカットされている。
* AREA数が6から4に減っている。
* デフォルトで使用出来るキャラがゴエモン・エビスの2キャラになっており、ユイ・サスケmark2の2キャラはヨシツネと同じく一部のステージのみ使用出来るキャラとなっている。
* ボスキャラの中でコジロウ・ムサシの2キャラは登場せず、ムサシについてはステージすら登場しない。そのためAREA2のボスがベンケイ、AREA3のボスがヨシツネ&鵺となっており、大槌は登場しない
* GBA版ならではのオリジナルステージが用意されている。
* ストーリーに多少の変更がみられる。それに伴いラスボスもオリジナルキャラに変更されている。
