Description / About This Game :

ロボットが人間と共存する夢の空中都市メトロシティ。
そこで何不自由なく幸せに暮らしていた少年は、不慮の事故で
命を落としてしまう。最愛の息子を亡くしたテンマ博士は、仲間の
お茶の水博士が開発した新型エネルギー、ブルー・コアを使用し、自らの
手で息子をロボットとして蘇らせる。

しかし、それは生身の人間とは違っていた。
姿、記憶などは生前のままだが、愛する息子ではなかった。
博士に疎まれ捨てられてしまった少年は、父の元を去り、生まれて
初めて地上へとやってきた。少年はそこで温かい気持ちを持った旧型ロボットや
たくましく毎日を過ごしている人間たちとふれあい、
アトムとして生まれ変わり、新たな道を歩み始める。
テンマ博士は気丈に振舞うも、心の中ではいつも苦悩していた。
息子を捨ててしまったことを。

そんな中、アトムの動力源である究極のエネルギー、
ブルーコアを巡り、彼を狙う者たちが現れ始めた…
